Refund Policy

Last updated: May 24, 2026

We want you to be happy with Forge. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund for a paid subscription.

1. Try Free Before You Pay

The Free plan lets you try every core feature of Forge — create projects, define tables, call live REST and GraphQL APIs — with no credit card required. We recommend evaluating Forge on the Free plan before upgrading.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro or Teams and decide Forge isn't a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on that plan. Open your account page and click request refund, or email contact@forgeconsole.app from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request".

3. Recurring Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months after the 14-day window. You can cancel anytime from /account — you keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused or reduced where we reasonably believe the account has:

  • Violated our Terms of Service (abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse);
  • Used a substantial portion of plan resources (e.g. tens of thousands of API rows) before requesting a refund;
  • Already received a refund for the same subscription in a prior billing cycle.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rights).
